The cover for my fantasy romance "The Sixth Key" has been approved and is ready to go with the release date in July. Take a look - hope it makes you want to know more.
To be normal in a magical world is bad enough, but Riley is caught in the middle between the deviant Mute and the magical people who rule Sacral. Two men fight on opposite sides for their world and Riley is caught in the middle.

Interesting cover. I'd be interested to hear your log line. Have you checked out Lynn Crain's site the Log Line Blog? M. S. Spencer
Thank you M.S. Spencer for your comment and suggestion re the log line. I hadn't done a log line for The Sixth Key but have looked at Lynn Crain's site and will certainly do one now.
You're almost there with your short description.
The first sentence is a pretty good logline, but maybe shortened a bit.
Riley tries to be a regular kid, but when he gets caught between warring magicians (or whatever), being normal is the least of his worries.
Caught between warring magical factions, Riley's desire to be normal is the last thing on his mind.
I'm sure you can do better. I'm assuming Riley is a kid since you write MG.
Thanks Marva, sorry but Riley is a she and she's also a young woman, not a kid. I also write adult fantasy. I've got a log line ready but want to let it stew for a few days before I use it. Thanks for visiting though.
Hi Sue! That is a nice book cover.
That's an eye-catching cover, Sue - and the book sounds great!
Thank you everyone for your kind comments
