Ditty Box on pre-order.

Earlier this year I decided to write a prequel to Blitz. The prequel, which is now the Blitz Series book 1 is called Ditty Box. What on earth is a Ditty Box? It's what sailors in the Royal Navy used to take with them on their journeys to keep their personal, letters, writing paper and pens, toothbrush and anything else that they wanted to keep near them. The story revolves around my grandparents, although it's a fiction book inspired by their story. Ditty Box takes place at the end of the 19th century and goes through the years to the First World War. The ebook can be pre-ordered from Amazon and many other online retailers, actual release is Sunday 10th April. For those of my friends who live in New Zealand the epub version if you wish to buy a copy it can be bought from Kobo.co.nz and paid for in NZ dollars.
This is the Amazon UK link as the story is set in England.

Christmas in 1938

This year has raced past and here we are at Christmas again. I hoped to release the prequel to Blitz in time for the festive season, but unfortunately I ran out of time so I've re-released a novella Santa's Present set at Christmas time the year before World War II starts.

To see the full list of Sue Perkins books please visit my website sueperkinsauthor.com or Nyria Fey's website nyriafey.com all books are listed on caishelbooks.com

I hope you all have a wonderful festive season.
Take care and stay safe.

This novelette is from the World War II Blitz series.
It's Christmas 1938 and Velma's family is determined to enjoy
the festive season, but Jack cannot get leave to join them.

Velma's young nephew declares that Santa brings
the best presents, but all Velma wants is to be with Jack.
