I've just returned from a week away at Foxton Beach in NZ at a writer's retreat. I worked really hard and wrote over 20,000 words. Finished the first draft of a young adult novel and have done 40 pages of a new adult fantasy novel. Really pleased with my progress. Now all I need is for the two submissions I have out there to be accepted and I'll be on a bigger roll than I am already.
